This website is operated by Velmavio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Velmavio.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Our Products

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.

Please note that product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Product availability, specifications, colours and variants may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product information where necessary.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order becomes binding after we accept it and send you an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• incorrect pricing or product information;
• suspected fraud or misuse;
• payment failure;
• product unavailability.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices shown to consumers are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment and billing information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 8–18 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, local postal services, holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products sold through Velmavio may be fulfilled and shipped directly by a third-party fulfilment partner from China. We remain your seller and your point of contact for questions or problems with the order.

Under Dutch consumer rules, the seller remains responsible for delivery until the consumer receives the product, except in specific circumstances where the consumer independently chooses another carrier. ACM

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Our returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to legal exceptions. This right may be exercised without giving a reason. ACM

Velmavio may also offer a longer voluntary return period as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs, video or other reasonable information so that we can investigate the problem.

Where appropriate, we will offer a suitable remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including branding, text, design elements and original content, is owned by or licensed to Velmavio.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and shipping carriers.

These third parties may process information necessary to provide their services.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court where applicable.
