We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For customers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason. ACM

Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Customers must be informed of these costs before purchase; otherwise the seller may be responsible for them. ACM
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at veselamekerova0202@gmail.com and include photos or video where possible.

European Union right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union generally have 14 days after receiving a product to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. After notifying us of the withdrawal, the item must generally be returned within a further 14 days. ACM

Refunds

If you cancel an entire order under your EU withdrawal right, the standard outbound delivery costs you paid, if any, will also be refunded. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option do not have to be refunded. ACM
